This is, by far, the best experience I've had with a custom bike parts company. The helpfulness and customer service are top-notch - not to mention the quality of their products. The air ride and auto-up center stand are game changing for gettingon and off the bike. Highly recommended. Mark is fantastic to work with π

I purchased a bolt on neck kit from American Suspension and had a very poor experience. The kit did not work as represented for my build, and I spent thousands of dollars in labor trying to resolve the fitment issues. Multiple professionals reviewed the bike and told me the issue was related to the neck kit and the angle it created. I tried to work directly with the company to find a fair resolution, including offering to return the kit once I had a replacement solution installed, but they refused to provide a refund or meaningful resolution. My biggest issue is that the product is marketed in a way that, in my opinion, does not clearly disclose the level of modification that may be required to achieve the outcome shown. I relied on the product photos and description when purchasing, and the final experience was very different from what I expected. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

I had a terrible experience with American Suspension and would not recommend them. I purchased their bolt on neck kit based on how it was represented online, and it turned into a very expensive mistake. The kit did not work as expected for my build, and I ended up spending thousands of dollars in labor trying to fix fitment issues that multiple professionals told me were caused by the neck kit and the angle it created. The worst part was the lack of accountability. I tried to work with them directly, offered to return the part once I had a replacement solution installed, and asked for a fair resolution. Instead, they blamed everyone else and refused to take responsibility. In my opinion, the product is marketed in a misleading way and does not clearly disclose the level of modification that may be required to get the outcome shown. I relied on their photos and product description when I purchased it, and the reality was completely different. Bad product experience, expensive lesson, and even worse customer service. I would never buy from them again.

EDIT: I added the proof I shipped the shocks via FedEx to the address I was given by Vince and FedEx showed them delivered and signed for. American Suspension cares nothing about the customer and I will make sure to tell everyone to never give them your money because you won't get what you pay for. What you do get won't even meet their own website advertised specs and performance. I ordered rear Jumpmaster Shocks from them (through one of their dealers in Arizona) on February 25th, 2025. I didn't get the shocks until May 28th, 2025. Installed them following the AS website instructions and fought these shocks for months. They bottomed out on washboard sections, felt loose, and even had one leak after 2000 miles. Reached out to Vince and he promised to make them right of I sent them back. I did and did not hear anything for months. When I asked about the shocks they realized they shipped them to the wrong address. For 2 weeks vince promised to make it right. Finally said "I built you new shocks that shipped out today." I got shocks that don't look like what I ordered, are missing features I paid for over a year ago, and do not even match what is on the AS website. What was Vince's

Iβve spent over $26,000 with American Suspension, and unfortunately this experience showed me they do not care about their customers. A local shop in Indianapolis told me a part was included in my triple tree order. After the parts arrived, they suddenly told me I owed another $350 for something I was originally told was part of the order. I reached out to Mark at American Suspension, and he told me he would ship the part out to help make sure my bike was ready for Daytona Bike Week. I waited two weeks, never received the part, and never heard back from mark so promises were all lies. . Because of that delay, I was forced to pay the extra $350 anyway or canβt use the part and they refused to let me return the part for refund since it was unused still packaged up., and I ended up missing a $2,000 Daytona trip because my bike wasnβt finished in time and non refundable. I have screenshots of the emails and communication if anyone wants to see them. Full story from them and the shop that screwed me. An attorney General clam is also being filed. After spending this much money with a company, I expected better customer service and follow-through. Unfortunately, that wasnβt my experi
